Shoreline Health Solutions, LLC is a community health consulting firm founded in 2000. We work exclusively with community health centers, and other non-profit agencies working to improve access to health care for under-served populations. With a deep respect for the community health center model of care, we have worked with urban and rural health centers nationwide to support their mission, including our highly successful grant writing services.
Since May 2000, Shoreline has secured over $210 million in grant funding for our community health center clients.
